Returns Are Easy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by fancyGearBox within 15 days of receiving them for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
At fancyGearBox, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, products are come with factory warranty*. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it thoroughly, if defective, contact us by email within 15 days of receiving them and these product(s) may be replaced/exchanged/repaired within two weeks of receiving them. The Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable.
We will gladly refund your "return" *Registered Airmail cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part (*please return all deflective products within two weeks of receiving them), or we have determined that the product is defective. Please allow us time to receive the product back and get our supplier to replace it. If the product is not available for replacement fancyGearBox may either substitute it with a model of equal value or refund the purchase price (The original Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable and it will be based on the receipt from the shipping agent).
If the reason for return is not a result of a FancyGearBox.com error, the cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fancygearbox.com. A customer service representative will contact you to complete the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any product has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
Any item that is returned more than two weeks after receiving it.
Any product missing the serial / invoice / transaction / mail tracking number.
Packing and Sending Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Email us, describe the problem and obtain a shipping label, you're only require to ship the item with bubble wrap (without package) via registered airmail. Most of the items we're selling are small and light, so it only costs you a few dollars to ship it back to us for repairing.
Pack the items along with the original invoice securely in a box or envelope
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Send it back to us via registered airmail and We'll also pay the return shipping cost* if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items.
*Warranty Terms and Conditions:
(a) Loss or damage caused by accidental or intentional physical damage, spilled liquids, insect infestation, misuse, abuse, or service costs or damage caused by unauthorized repair personnel.
(b) Replacement costs for lost or consumable parts (knobs, remote control devices, cartridges, drums, batteries, etc.), problems due to improper and/or unauthorized installation or repairs, and cosmetic damage (such as cracked cases and broken hinges) or defects that do not inhibit the proper operation and performance of covered items.
(c) Products provided for public use or rental. Use of a product for these purposes will void the warranty coverage.
(d) Loss or damage to stored data; repairs related to software, computer viruses, display markings caused by video games or computer programs, or computer hardware that is added after the original purchase.
(e) Special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
(f) "No problem found" diagnosis.
(g) Failure resulting from normal wear and tear.
(h) Manufacturer's warranty period and coverage may vary.
(i) Please note all mails are registered. If the pick-up card languished in your mail, and when you didn't come to claim the package within the time limit, the Post Office may returned it to fancyGearBox and the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
